For this starter home on Wall St., we furnished with space in mind. The items we chose allowed the space to seem larger and more functional for a small family.
Our staging on Wall St. included the master bedroom, main living spaces, and both bathrooms. This 2 bed, 2 bath home felt tight before we added furniture and decor, showing potential buyers what the home could look like furnished. With furniture laid out in a well-thought-out floor plan, we made the most of each square foot. Without staging, this home would've felt overwhelmingly small to the average buyer.
After staging, this home sold within a matter of hours of hitting the market for over their asking price.
