This was another home stage we completed for The Bonds Real Estate Duo in February 2024. This home is a 4 bed, 2 bath, making it a perfect space for a young family looking to buy in the Spokane area. With that in mind, we staged this home with modern pieces that reflected its new modern finishes. The open concept living area could have been a challenge for potential home buyers to truly see the scale of the space, so we focused most of are attention here. We created two distinct spaces for conversations and dining, while keeping them all cohesive.

After less than a month on the market this home received an offer and is now pending.
