For this 2 bed, 1 bath staging, we focused on maximizing a very small space. To do so, we thoughtfully came up with a floor plan that would show potential buyers how to orient furniture to get the most out of the space. Before staging, the average buyer might not have known how they would fit furniture within the home. After, buyers could clearly see a functional layout and exactly how much furniture would fit in the space.

When choosing a decor style, we chose neutral light colors to make the space look bigger. The house has plenty of natural light in each room, which we used to our advantage with curtains and furniture orientation.

When staging, we used the proper sized furniture. We specially sourced furniture, including a small dining set to fit underneath the kitchen window. Realtor Beth Vogt is a repeat customer of ours and we love working with her!
